Background

Adanna has over 7 years of experience in teaching and training. She has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from the University of California, Riverside. Prior to coming to UCR, Adanna served in teaching positions at Loma Linda Academy, Patriot High School, and University Heights Middle School. In addition, she has been with us for the past 3+ years as a Training Assistant with Environmental Health & Safety and the COE team.

Description

Adanna participates as a training, education, or instructional design professional in a systemwide program or project. She selects technologies and tools, creates supportive learning activities, and develops new training in response to the University's needs. In collaboration with others, Adanna creates multimedia content and produces according to an established schedule. She analyzes needs and develops recommendations to address a wide range of training issues. Adanna provides the support for testing courses to ensure they are functional, designed for learning in mind, and compliant with learning management systems.
