The Confined Spaces training was developed to explain the hazards of confined space work and to assist employers in establishing and maintaining an effective confined space program. Topics Include: Recognize, evaluate, control, test and monitor confined space hazards; describe the duties of the entry supervisor, the attendants, the entrants, the standby, and rescuers; develop appropriate safety measures and effective work practices, and explain training requirements and training resources. This training is for all affected users. Please note that if you serve as an Authorized, Certified, Competent, Licensed, or Qualified person you must complete additional training beyond this course. This course covers relevant Cal/OSHA regulations (Reference: 8 CCR 3203, 5157, 5158).
