Fees: There is no registration fee for this course for UC staff. However, travel costs and meals outside this training are the responsibility of the home department.

What to expect
MEALS
Lunch will be provided free to attendees. Please note that reimbursement for meals in lieu of those provided at the training is NOT allowed under UC policy G-28.

DIRECTIONS
The ARC Conference Center is located on the main UC Davis campus in Davis, California at 760 Orchard Road, Davis, CA 95616.
PARKING
Once you arrive on campus, the closest visitor parking lots to the ARC Conference Center are the Visitor Parking Lot 25 and the Pavilion Parking Structure.
A valid parking permit is required at all times when parking on campus. Reciprocity for permits from other campuses can be provided at the UC Davis Parking & Transportation website.
Travel
AIRPORT
UC Davis is located near two international airports - Sacramento International and San Francisco International.
UC Davis has available transportation to and from both airports. Please plan ahead if needed.
