Fees: There is no registration fee for this course for UC staff. However, travel costs and meals outside this training are the responsibility of the home department.

What to expect
MEALS
Lunch will be provided free to attendees. Please note that reimbursement for meals in lieu of those provided at the training is NOT allowed under UC policy G-28.

PARKING
Parking is available in LeGrand Lot.

Travel
AIRPORT
The closest airport to UC Merced is Merced Yosemite Regional Airport (MCE), located approximately 2 to 10 miles from campus, offering domestic flights to destinations like Los Angeles and Las Vegas. UC Merced is conveniently located within driving distance of several major airports, including Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT), just about an hour away. For broader domestic and international travel options, San Jose International Airport (SJC) and Sacramento International Airport (SMF) are each roughly a 2 to 2.5-hour drive from campus.
