Fees: There is no registration fee for this course for UC staff. However, travel costs and meals outside this training are the responsibility of the home department.

What to expect
MEALS
Lunch will be provided free to attendees. Please note that reimbursement for meals in lieu of those provided at the training is NOT allowed under UC policy G-28.

AIRPORT
Santa Barbara Municipal Airport (SBA): For greatest convenience, we recommend making reservations with Santa Barbara as your final destination. Flights connect from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Phoenix, and Denver. The UCSB campus is a five-minute drive from the airport. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX): Connect to UCSB via the Santa Barbara Airbus motorcoach shuttle (visit their website for schedules and reservations). Get off at the Goleta stop.
Airport/Airbus Shuttles to UCSB: For conference guests staying in UCSB housing, FREE shuttle service is available on arrival and departure days to and from Santa Barbara Airport and Santa Barbara Airbus Goleta Stop. Just phone our front desk for pickup up.
